Matthew 6:14 NKJV

[14] “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 

When you forgive people, you not only help them, you help yourself. God will forgive you, when you forgive others. Don’t let another person’s trespass keep you from God’s forgiveness in you and that person. “Trespass” here means “fall, fault, offence, sin, or trespass.” Don’t let an offence hold you back from God’s grace in that person’s life and yours. Jesus is all about forgiveness.The cross is all about God forgiving us through the blood and death of Jesus. We need to show the same forgiveness to others that Jesus gave to us.
